Youth Ambassador Program
Funded by Hand Heart Pocket, the Youth Ambassador Program (YAP) brings together a passionate forum of young people from across the state to offer direct insights to Hand Heart Pocket and its partner organisations. Together, they surface the issues shaping young lives today and advocate for the systemic changes needed to build better futures.
Representing a diversity of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, the Ambassadors don't just contribute to the program, they lead it. Co-designed from the ground up, the YAP ensures that the voices of those with the most at stake are not just heard, but central to every decision.
